Fast Track Opportunities For Rebuilding GeoExchange
At ForgeGEO® Colorado, we’re on a mission to revolutionize the way homes and businesses stay comfortable by making geothermal heat pumps (GHPs) more accessible, affordable, and efficient. Our efforts are focused on five key goals, each with clear, measurable outcomes to drive real impact.
We aim to increase the number of ForgeGEO® installations across the United States, bringing efficient, renewable heating and cooling to more homes and businesses. Our target is to install at least 500 new ForgeGeo systems by 2027, with a steady increase of 100 installations per year starting in 2025. By working with design professionals, contractors, utilities, and developers, we’re streamlining the certification and adoption process to make geothermal an easy and viable choice for building owners.
We recognize that a growing geothermal market requires a skilled workforce. That’s why ForgeGEO® is investing in industry training programs to ensure HVAC contractors and design professionals have the knowledge, tools and certifications needed for seamless system installations. Our goal is to train at least 300 contractors by 2026, in partnership with trade schools, unions, and industry organizations. By launching these training programs in Q2 2025, we’re preparing the workforce for the future of clean energy.
Educating both consumers and industry professionals about the benefits of geothermal heat pumps is crucial to widespread adoption. We are launching targeted outreach campaigns, including 48 industry events and public webinars this year, to highlight the advantages of ForgeGEO® systems. By partnering with local governments, utilities, and trade associations, we are ensuring that more people understand how geothermal technology can provide reliable, sustainable heating and cooling.
To make geothermal heat pumps more accessible, ForgeGeo is actively working with policymakers and utilities to expand incentive programs. Our objective is to secure at least three new state or utility-backed incentives by 2027, making geothermal solutions more affordable for homeowners and businesses. Through advocacy efforts, pilot projects, and incentive design, we are helping to shape policies that support the transition to clean energy.
By staying committed to these goals, ForgeGeo Colorado is driving forward a cleaner, more efficient energy future—one heat pump at a time. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to push the boundaries of geothermal innovation!

We're already heating up the ground beneath us, we'll be at full steam, driving ForgeGeo forward with unstoppable geothermal momentum. Stay tuned—big things are bubbling to the surface!
